I'm Alana, a in Branson, Missouri specializing in trauma. I consider it an honor to be able to walk alongside individuals in the counseling process who are hurting, struggling, or simply wanting to make improvements in their lives. Sometimes a part of that process includes seeking help from others who can walk alongside us and aid the process. Asking for help can be difficult, but I see it as a sign of great strength!
I'm definitely from the "kill them with kindness" school of thought.
The only problem with that is that when you're dealing with an unreasonable person, they often go out of their way to LOOK for something to be offended about and misinterpret sweetness as sarcasm.
I'm glad you've kept your sense of humor about it all!

Kill her with kindness! Take the sign and make her some cookies with extra laxatives. I think that is reasonable.
