What a great list. Hey, I very much appreciate that my girls are old enough to make it to the toilet/bowl to vomit. It's a major blessing in my book.
Um...you forgot to mention a semi-private viewing of HSM3. That's right!
Anyway, what a wonderful month in review. That would be a great thing to do everyday just to keep a record of what happened that year. Hmmmm...That might be my 2009 goal.
But then I would forget and get overwhelmed at the thought of how far behind I am. So, I guess I will just stick to reading your list in November.
1. thanks for the song now stuck in my head :Amazing Love, How Can it Be?
2. great list.
3. I love the child being old enough to... thing. I need to remember to be thankful for that too!
Girls Night out AND Girls Day Out with shopping and lunch?? I wanna move where you live and have your friends!! =)
Yay! Crunchy leaves made the list! We have so much to be thankful for, yes?

That's a great list! I loved reading it too. It was like a little peek into your life for the whole month.
Great list, Alana. I loved it all. Wish I could be closer to enjoy those things with you... except maybe the sick child... :) I want to know more about your job. How is it going? Are you overwhelmed? Hope all is well! :) Love and miss you!
I always think of you when it comes to crunchy leaves!! :)
Love ya girl,
Fran
Hi, I found your blog post through a search for “Nertz”. It is cool to see others that know about the game. I hope you don’t mind but I wanted to let you know about playnertz.com, the site for the National Nertz Association. There is a bunch of interesting Nertz information there and you can also find out how to play Nertz online there. I hope you will check it out. Feel free to join and also let your friends and family know. Thanks
I loved your list! I think it would be an awesome thing to write down something everyday...not just for November. God blesses us every day and far to often we forget about those blessings! I'm with Janelle...nice goal for 2009!
Love your thankful list. Perfect. I also am in agreement with quite a few of these - especially the free babysitting, impromptu date night (mine's not with Rich though - I tend to go out with my own husband - David) and Nertz!! I love Nertz!!! I grew up playing that until 3:00 a.m. on many nights with my family and friends! So fun!
I loved this list!!
Hey, I am new here! What a great blog :)
