I'm Alana, a in Branson, Missouri specializing in trauma. I consider it an honor to be able to walk alongside individuals in the counseling process who are hurting, struggling, or simply wanting to make improvements in their lives. Sometimes a part of that process includes seeking help from others who can walk alongside us and aid the process. Asking for help can be difficult, but I see it as a sign of great strength!

Pretty convicting!! That was great. I try really hard to stay "unbusy" but know I am failing miserably at it!! That post hit close to home!
Eye opening and like you said - convicting. Thanks for sharing this. I have lots to chew on today. :-)
Me. Too.
And can I ask you, fellow mashed potato lover, have you ever had Chili's mashed potatoes? Oh my. Even better than the gravy at KFC.
