Sun Bees

Okay, I have to share what Will did today. It was the cutest thing ever (I'm really not being partial). I was sitting on the couch this morning (so unlike me, I know...not really...that is sarcasm for those of you don't know me so well...sorry moving on) and he comes over and starts clapping in the air. So I said, "Will, what are you doing?" And he said, "I'm catching sun bees". I thought he was talking about the sunbeams, but he was actually referring to the little dust particles that you see in the air (at least we do at my house) when the sun is shining through the window. He was trying to catch the little particles which (in case you didn't know) are apparently called sun bees. I love it...now and forevermore that is what they will be to me!

That's funny that you mention that because just this morning my middle son was trying to catch them too. I love the name sun bees though...so sweet are our kids.

Aww, I've never heard that term before. I like it. What a cutie. Little boys are the sweetest. I want a dozen of them. (Not all at once.) Yours is extra sweet.

Sun Bees!! I think I will call them that too! Sounds so much more lovelier than merely dust particles. :)

PS I am a fan of spending lots of quality time... on the couch.

Miss Alana,
I chose a boy named Arthit Arsang, Age 15, and another boy named Moses, Age 14 for you.
We will e-mail you their pictures.
Thank you very much to your family for giving to both boys and praying for them. Britt

I absolutely love the word "sun bees" and they will be that for me forever too cause I like you and your kids. That's childlike wonder. And that's a keeper. Right alongside crunching leaves for me. And sitting on the couch. You are a gem!

Matthew tries to do that, too! He will stop and stare at them for ages, and reach his little hands up to try to get them. He also picks up individual pieces of fluff from the carpet to bring to me. What a little helper!

(I don't remember the last time I dusted, so we've got lots of sun bees buzzing around our apartment.)

Sunbees. I'll have to tell the kids about that and if the sun ever shines in our darkish sort of house we'll call them that too. So sweet.

So sweet. We have lots of sunbees over here. The housekeeper does a crummy job of dusting if you ask me. She needs to keep her day job...

Maybe you should call Webster's and tell them the new term he coined - there might be some money in it for ya!
Yesterday my 3 yr old was at the doctor (sinus infection) and while the doc was listening to his heart he said, "Doctor Pearson, when you are through with this surgery, can I get me and my brother a sucker?"

Sun bees! They will forevermore be called that for me too! Oh that boy is a darlin'!

We have sun bees at our house too...especially in the yellow room. I thought it was dust, seeing as how I don't dust that room too often. But now it makes perfect sense, it's sun bees! They just love that room since it's so bright and sunny!

I will always think of them as sun bees now, too. SO precious!

We have lots of sun bees in our house too! You will have to tell him that now there are 25 other families that will be calling the dust particles "sun bees".
